Material Sourcing & Pattern Making

We source and prepare the fabrics based on your confirmed selection. Our pattern maker will verify all provided measurements, create an accurate pattern, and adjust the placement of embroidery and prints to ensure accuracy and perfect production results.

Sample Creation

Our sample team carefully produces and refines samples. We share production progress and finished photos to keep everything transparent, letting you feel fully assured before shipment.

Sample dispatch

Our team will inspect the finished products and packages, send samples to you, and provide tracking numbers so that you can receive your items with complete peace of mind.

Submit Order

Please provide quantity, colors and sizes. We will send you official quotation, you can arrange payment accordingly to start production.

Fabric & accessories purchasing

After receiving payment, we will arrange fabric and accessory purchasing and customize packaging for the goods.

Pre-production sample making

We will make pre-production samples for your confirmation before full-scale production to ensure flawless mass production.

Fabric cutting

After confirming pre-production samples, our cutting department will inspect, preshrink and cut the fabrics

Embroidery & Printing

After fabric pieces are cut, finish all pre-production work including embroidery, printing and label sewing, then send them to the workshop for finished product making

Make finished goods

In the finished product production process, each worker adopts different fabric sewing methods. We assign appropriate workers to perform unified operations according to actual needs. Meanwhile, we arrange inline and final inspectors to promptly handle various production issues, making every effort to guarantee the workmanship and quality of finished garments.

End packaging

After finished products are completed, the final team will take over to carry out general inspection, thread trimming, ironing, packaging and needle detection. All goods are checked in every process, and defective products will be taken out for modification right away.
